If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase within the first 120 days, just contact us and we’ll offer you a refund or exchange, minus the original shipping cost. Even if the item has been opened, we’ll still accept it back—as long as it’s returned in its original condition.
Please note: We do not refund or cover shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
In the rare case that your item arrives defective, we’ll first work with you to see if we’re able to troubleshoot the issue remotely. If we’re unable to resolve it, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund, so you’re never left footing the bill for something that didn’t work.
If your item arrives clearly broken (like a cracked screen), just snap a quick photo or video and send it our way. That’s all we need to get the ball rolling on making it right.
Limitations
Due to shipping constraints and the delicate nature of certain components, a few items are not covered under our return policy. This includes hard drives for desktops and lamps for projectors, as these items are more susceptible to damage during transit and require careful handling.

When Your Order Doesn’t Arrive
Once in a while, a package goes missing before it ever hits your doorstep — and trust us, that’s just as frustrating for us as it is for you.
Please understand: we don’t type your address by hand. The shipping info is basically copied and pasted directly from what you enter at checkout. So before placing your order, double-check the address to make sure there’s no mistake.
If your item seems to have vanished, contact us right away and we’ll get to work. But here’s how the process goes:
- We’ll first need to file a missing package claim with the shipping company — usually USPS.
- This takes time. Some packages still show up late, and we can’t jump to a refund before the carrier finishes their investigation.
- We will follow through on your claim, but please know this may take a couple of weeks while USPS does their thing.
We know how much it sucks to be left waiting. It sucks for us too — especially because it wasn’t our fault, but now we’ve got an unhappy customer and a mystery on our hands.
